Iowa High School and SCTP Target Incentive Program
In partnership with Midway USA Foundation, Inc. the Iowa Scholastic Clay Target Program, Inc. and Iowa Department of Natural Resources are proud to announce the Target Incentive Program (TIP). The TIP program is designed to help both school and club based competitive clay target programs raise money and establish a perpetual trust fund from which teams can draw from. The TIP program creates a simple, straightforward way for local programs to establish and contribute to a fund to help support their teams for the future.

Overview
The
purpose of the Iowa Scholastic Clay Target Grant Program is to help
establish and institutionalize school-based clay target shooting
programs in the state of
Iowa. Successful applicants
will be eligible for 50% match funding for up to $5,000 per year for
two consecutive years. The
number of grants issued and amounts each year will be dependent on
funding available to Iowa SCTP, Inc., the number of applicants and the
strength and feasibility of each application as determined by the Iowa
SCTP, Inc. board of directors.
Eligibility
Grant
eligibility will be limited to Iowa-based public or private high
schools and middle schools that are entering their 1st, 2nd,
or 3rd year of participation in the upcoming Iowa
High School and Scholastic Clay Target Program season.
Application
Process
All
applications must be typed, single spaced, no more than five pages
(excluding budget and supporting documents) typed in 12 point font.
All applications must include one original and six hard copies
plus one electronic copy (MS Word or PDF) on CD or DVD.
Emailed copies will not be accepted.
Applications must be received no later than December 1st.
