Three main components to start an SCTP Team:

The minimum number of participants (5 for trap, 3 for skeet and sporting clays).
Facility to hold practices
Certified Coach/Coaches

Find an existing team in your area, by contacting the Iowa Department of Natural Resources Shooting Sports Coordinator 515-313-8048.
