Because of the nature and importance of timing in doubles, the shooter should be prepared to shoot a lot in this class. Shooter will leave with a deeper understanding of doubles. They will be taught the special intricacies of doubles so that they can leave this session with the experience needed to become a championship doubles shooter. They will start to develop the relationship between hold point and break point for the importance of shooting rhythm and will learn in the classroom the importance of the eyes and how they work for shooting. Depending on the skill of the class we will go deeper into the mental game pertaining to the subconscious and the stress of competition. The shooter will be shooting better after having this class but doubles aren’t mastered in a day, so they will be sent home with the proper tools in their “proverbial tool box” to properly train and develop further.
